Regalia Order Information

Members of the Class of 2020,
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from Hollins. I hope you are doing as well as can be expected during these extraordinary times. Due to the present pandemic, we have had to make some adjustments as to how to proceed with receiving your graduation attire.
For those that have already pre-ordered & chose ship-to-store for purchase those orders have been cancelled. You will now have to return to the Oak Hall link to reorder & have it ship-to-home. Please know we are sorry for this change in the process and the inconvenience this may have caused.
For those that still need to place orders you may do so through Oak Hill directly. The Oak Hill link has options for complete package attire as well as individual items.
All orders for graduation attire and payments will need to be completed by using the Oak Hall link below. Oak Hall will ship your items directly to you. The shipping process is estimated to take approximately 2-3 weeks.
Please note pick up of items will not be available from The Hollins University campus store. Please do not have any items mailed to the Hollins University campus store for any reason.

Q: If I have received my regalia what should I do?
A: You can hold onto it if you plan on walking at Commencement whenever it may be. If you are not going to be able, as long as the plastic wrap has not been opened, you can return it to Oak Hall and they will credit your account minus shipping.
Q: What if I ordered my regalia and chose to have it sent to the Hollins Store for pickup in early May?
A: All orders placed as ship-to-store have now been cancelled and will need to be placed again through Oak Hall. Please see above for more information on this process as well as the link to order regalia online.
Q: I never placed my order – what should I do?
A: Please see above “Regalia Order Information” and visit https://hollins.shopoakhalli.com/purchasewizard/Welcome
Q: Oops! I opened the plastic bag and I am not going to be able to attend Commencement at a later date. What should I do?
A: If it is opened, it is non-returnable. You should talk to your friends and see if they would like to purchase it from you. Since there will be a block of time between April and when Commencement will occur it gives you time to find a buyer.
Q: My announcements from Herff Jones have May 24th, 2020 listed – what should I do?
A: At this time, Herff Jones is not offering a refund on any of their graduation announcements. They are instead encouraging students to add their own personal note to the announcements with the new date for the commencement ceremony. Please note that Hollins does not have record of any orders placed with Herff Jones and all questions related to Herff Jones products should be addressed with Sonja Beiler at Herff Jones.
